The Small Group is for founders who want my eyes on their own business, without a full consultation.

I keep it to 10 founders. We meet on a live call twice a month, and each founder brings one real problem and leaves with a next step. Between calls you can ask me in our private space, and I answer within 2 working days. Once a quarter we have a 30 minute call, just the two of us, to look at where your business stands.

You also get every course and template in the library, including the ones I add later.

How many people are in the group?

10 at most. When the group is full, this page closes until a place opens.

How is this different from Founder Lab?

Founder Lab is for learning at your own pace, with one monthly call. The Small Group is about your own business, with more of my time.

How do I book my quarterly review?

I send you a link to book it in the first week of each quarter.

How is this different from the Strategy Intensive?

The Strategy Intensive is 2 focused days on your whole business. The Small Group is steady support, month by month. You can do one, then the other.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from My account, under Billing.

Is this a promise of results?

No. You get my time, my advice and a group to work with. What changes depends on what you put into practice.
