Kiran Rubab is a business growth strategist and AI systems architect with more than ten years of experience building businesses, first her own and then for hundreds of founders across the globe.
I know what it feels like to be the person who figures it all out alone. I started my first business with nothing but a laptop, a skill, and the audacity to believe it could work.
That single bet grew into a decade of building. Along the way I became obsessed with one question: how do you build a business that grows without grinding you into the ground?

What does working with Kiran look like?
It starts with a complimentary 30 minute call. If we're a fit, we move through the three phases above: a deep diagnosis of how your business runs, then building and installing the systems, then shifting you into the leadership seat. You get a clear roadmap before any building starts.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I design and build the systems and train your team to run them. You need to know your business and be honest about what's not working. That's it.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits your business, and ideally what you already pay for. I'm not tied to one platform. The goal is a system your team will actually use, not the newest tool.
How much of my time does it take?
It depends on the engagement. In the Full Build the heavy lifting is mine and my team's, and you're involved in the diagnosis and the key decisions. In the Guided Build your team builds alongside me. Either way, the point is to give you time back, not take more of it.
What happens on the first call?
