Who is the consultation for?
Founders of established service, agency, coaching or consulting businesses who have become the bottleneck and want AI and systems built inside their business.
What should I prepare for the call?
Nothing formal. A rough sense of your revenue, your team size and the one bottleneck costing you the most time is enough for a useful conversation.
What happens after the call?
If we're a fit, I'll recommend which of the three engagements suits you and outline the next steps. If we're not, you still leave with honest feedback you can act on.
