Your details, handled with care.

This page explains what information kiranrubab.com collects, why, and the choices you have. Effective 18 September 2026.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Kiran Rubab, business growth strategist and AI systems architect. For any privacy question, write to hi@kiranrubab.com.

What is collected and why

Consultation requests. When you ask for a call, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, business name, revenue range, your description of your biggest challenge, and your preferred date and time. This is used only to reply to you, prepare for the conversation and arrange the call.

The Inner Circle newsletter. When you subscribe, the form collects your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. This is used only to send you the weekly letter and occasional news about new content and offers. Every email can be stopped at any time by replying with the word unsubscribe or by using the unsubscribe option in the email.

Booking a time. If you choose a time through the booking calendar, the scheduling provider (Google Calendar or Cal.com) collects the details you enter so that a calendar invitation can be sent to both of us.

What is not collected

This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising trackers and loads no analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with outside font or media services. Like every website, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

Who helps process your details

Form messages are delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes your message to my email inbox and keeps a copy for a limited period. Email is hosted by my email provider. These services act only on my instructions. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long details are kept

Consultation requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details held about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Write to hi@kiranrubab.com and you'll get a reply within a few working days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
