Privacy policy

Your details, handled with care.

This page explains what information kiranrubab.com collects, why, and the choices you have. Effective 19 September 2026.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Kiran Rubab, business growth strategist and AI systems architect. For any privacy question, write to hi@kiranrubab.com.

What is collected and why

Consultation requests. When you ask for a call, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, business name, revenue range, your description of your biggest challenge, and your preferred date and time. This is used only to reply to you, prepare for the conversation and arrange the call.

The Inner Circle newsletter. When you subscribe, the form collects your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. This is used only to send you the weekly letter and occasional news about new content and offers. Every email can be stopped at any time by replying with the word unsubscribe or by using the unsubscribe option in the email.

Booking a time. If you choose a time through the booking calendar, the scheduling provider (Google Calendar or Cal.com) collects the details you enter so that a calendar invitation can be sent to both of us.

Purchases and your library account

When you buy or enrol in a course, membership or download, an account is created for your email address so that your library is saved. You sign in with a private link sent to your email, so no password is stored. The website records what you have access to, which lessons you have completed, and your order history.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website. Stripe tells the website only that the payment succeeded, the amount, and your name and email, so that your access can be switched on. A small cookie keeps you signed in to your library on your device.

Webinars and trainings

When you register for a webinar or an on demand training, your first name, email address, the session you chose, your time zone and any question you type are saved so that your private link, your calendar invitation and the reminders can be sent. The emails for a session are: a confirmation, a reminder the day before and an hour before, a note when it starts, a follow up with the recording, and one follow up email three days later. Each one has a link to cancel the registration, which stops the rest. The website also records whether you opened your link during the session and roughly how far you watched, so that the follow up fits what you saw. Registering also adds you to the Inner Circle letter in Kit, which you can leave with one click in any letter. When a session has a price, the payment is handled by Stripe in the same way as other purchases: your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this website.

Private visitor statistics

This website also keeps its own simple statistics on its own server: which pages are viewed, roughly how long for, which site a visitor arrived from, and which links and buttons are clicked. For visitors who are not signed in, no cookie is used and nothing identifies you. Each visitor is only a scrambled code that changes every day. If you decline analytics, or your browser asks not to be tracked, only an anonymous page visit is counted.

If you are signed in to your library, your activity is connected to your account, so that I can see which lessons and pages are useful, how often members sign in, and where people get stuck. This is never sold or shared. Detailed records are deleted after about six months.

In a community, the name you choose and anything you post are visible to the other members of that community and to me. You can delete your own posts and replies at any time.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they read and whether the forms are working. It does not tell me who you are.

You choose. When you first visit, a notice asks whether you accept analytics. Until you choose, no analytics cookies are set and Google receives only anonymous signals that cannot identify you. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded on your later visits. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as a decline.

Advertising features are switched off. There are no advertising trackers on this website, and your details are never used for anyone else's marketing. Fonts and images are served from this website itself. Like every website, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

Who helps process your details

Form messages are stored securely in my own database on this website's hosting, and delivered to my email inbox. Newsletter subscribers are added to Kit, the email service I use to send the weekly letter. Google provides the analytics described above. If my own system is ever unavailable, Web3Forms, a form delivery service, delivers your message instead. Email is hosted by my email provider. These services act only on my instructions. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.

How long details are kept

Consultation requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details held about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Write to hi@kiranrubab.com and you'll get a reply within a few working days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
