Most launches fail before they begin, because the plan was never written down.
The Launch Planner takes you from an idea to a written plan in an afternoon: what you will offer, what you will charge, how many sales you need, and what you will do each week for 90 days.
You build a ladder of five steps, from a free offer to a continuing one. You choose your own figure for the year and work out three ways to reach it. Then you turn that into a number of conversations each week, which is something you can act on.
It works whether you sell online, in person or both.
What is in the workbook?
28 pages. Every section is linked from the contents page, and you can type your answers straight into the gold boxes and save them. You can also print it and write by hand.
What does the spreadsheet do?
It adds up your prices and sales, compares three plans with your figure, shows how many conversations you need each week, and tracks your 12 weeks against your goals.
Is this a promise of income?
No. The sums in the workbook are examples to show the method. What you earn depends on your offer, your market and the work you do.
