Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with the following service providers who help us operate the website and our business:

- Google Workspace — consultation request data may be stored in Google Sheets as part of our enquiry management process

All third-party providers are required to process your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where providers are based outside the UK or EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How Long We Keep It
- Consultation enquiry data — retained for up to 2 years from the date of your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion
- Newsletter subscriber data — retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your data is deleted within 30 days
- Analytics data — anonymous aggregate data with no personally identifiable information; retained for up to 26 months
If we enter into a paid coaching engagement with you, additional data relating to that engagement will be governed by your client agreement and retained for up to 6 years in accordance with UK tax and business record-keeping obligations.
